In October 1943, Noor became a victim of betrayal. Because of the betrayal of one of his comrades, he was caught by German agents. It is said that the sister of an associate of Noor had exposed her secret to the agents. Actually, that girl was jealous of Noor because Noor was very beautiful and was earning a lot of name as a detective. Everyone used to praise him.

German agent Pier Kartu arrested Noor from an apartment. But Noor did not surrender easily. She clashed with him. 5-6 burly men struggled to control him. He also tried to run away but could not succeed. According to the book 'The Spy Prison: The Life of Noor Inayat Khan', written on Noor's life, as soon as German agent Pier Kartu caught hold of Noor's wrist, Noor bit her wrist with such force that it started bleeding. He pushed the pier and dropped it. Finally, after showing the pistol and calling other companions, Pier was able to control Noor.

Once she went to the bathroom on the pretext of taking a bath and jumped out of the window and ran away. But unfortunately got caught. Then she was going to run away after reaching the roof of the jail, but at the last moment British planes launched an air raid on that area. Due to which Noor could not go far from there. Seeing his behavior, the German army put him in the category of most dangerous prisoners. Finally, on November 6, 1943, Noor was deported from France to Germany.
